1:1 Nutrition Support for Hormones, Gut Health and Fatigue

These symptoms are often connected. Rather than focusing on one issue in isolation, my approach looks at the root causes of imbalance, including nutrition, gut health, hormones, stress and lifestyle.

How I Work
As a women’s health nutritionist, I support clients through structured programmes so we can properly investigate symptoms and create sustainable change. I offer the following:
Root Cause Programme (8-10 weeks)
Energy Metabolism Reset (12 weeks)
Health Review Session (one off session)
For most new clients, the best place to start is the Root Cause Programme.
You can read about the packages I offer below. All new clients must book a free 15 minute online chat (over Zoom) to discuss current challenges, to understand if working together is the right solution and the recommended package.
Sessions can either be online or in person if you are in Warwickshire; I will need more notice if in person, and availability may be slightly more limited.
I can support you through functional testing if required; this is in addition to the costs of the session and you should expect to pay between £300 - £500 depending on the testing required.

Root Cause Programme
A personalised nutrition programme to uncover and address the underlying drivers of hormone, gut and fatigue symptoms.
If you’ve been struggling with ongoing symptoms and haven’t found clear answers, this programme is designed to help identify what may be contributing to your health concerns.
We take a whole-body, functional nutrition approach, looking at factors such as digestion, hormones, stress, nutrient status and lifestyle.
This programme is suitable if you are experiencing:

90-minute initial consultation exploring full health history and symptom analysis
personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
supplement guidance and functional testing recommendations if needed

Programmes are typically delivered across 8–10 weeks, allowing time to implement changes and monitor progress.
Cost: £550*
Payment plans are available.
*Functional testing costs are separate and paid directly to the laboratory if required. Please expect to pay an additional £400 - 500 for tests.
Energy Metabolism Reset
A 12-week programme designed for women who want deeper support with metabolism, weight concerns and their relationship with food.
Many women have spent years trying different diets, only to feel frustrated when the results don’t last.
This programme focuses on supporting your metabolism, stabilising energy levels and helping you develop a more balanced, sustainable approach to food.
We focus on:
balanced nutrition
blood sugar stability
hormone support
behaviour and habit change
rebuilding trust with your body
This programme is suitable if you:
struggle with stubborn weight gain (especially around menopause)
feel stuck in cycles of dieting
experience strong cravings or energy crashes

75 - 90 minute consultation

Note: if you decide you would like to enrol onto either the Root Cause Programme or Energy & Metabolism Reset, this will count as your first session, and the cost deducted from the package cost.
