I’ve been working in wellbeing for over five years, and through that, I’ve carefully curated a range of services designed to support women navigating hormonal imbalances, burnout, and fatigue.
Through personalised 1:1 sessions, intimate workshops, group classes, and thoughtfully designed online programmes, I create space for you to restore balance, reconnect with your body, and feel more like yourself again.
I also offer bespoke wellbeing experiences for both corporate settings and special occasions. From luxury hen do yoga and sound bath packages to calming yoga and breathwork on your wedding morning, each experience is designed to bring a sense of ease, connection, and quiet confidence to your day.
