Rebalance
A 6 week course combining nutrition, yoga and nervous system support for women experiencing hormonal issues, stress, overwhelm & burnout.
For the first time, this will be in person! Two intakes start in September:
Intake 1 - Tuesday afternoon (12:30 - 2:30pm) in Kenilworth
Intake 2 - Wednesday evening (6:30 - 8:30pm) in Warwick
