April Unwind: Slow Flow Yoga & Sound Bath

Join me for a relaxing evening session of yoga and sound healing, designed to help you rest and reset.
What to expect:
We'll start with a slow flow yoga practice designed to gently stretch and release the body, followed by a soothing sound session to help you rest and reset.
Expect calm movement, mindful breathing, and deep relaxation.
Schedule:
6 - 6:45pm Gentle Yoga Flow (suitable for beginners)
6:45 - 7:30pm Sound Bath
7:30 - 8pm Stay for optional herbal teas & snacks
No yoga experience is required for this workshop.
Rebalance Women’s Health Day Retreat
A Warwickshire day retreat for women, which you’re very welcome to join!
A women’s health yoga & nutrition day in Warwickshire to nourish, empower and restore
The Rebalance Women’s Health Day Retreat is an extension of my course I designed for women wanting to learn more about their hormones and mood. This one day, in person retreat is an opportunity to join likeminded women to practice yoga, indulge in a relaxing sound bath, learn more about nutrition, mood, hormones and how to maintain motivation when it comes to healthy eating. You’ll also enjoy a nourishing lunch (and many snacks throughout the day) and leave with a goody bag of some of my personal favourite products.

Created and led by Hannah McMartin, a local women’s health nutritionist and yoga teacher, this retreat day will combine yoga, women’s health nutrition education, mindset work, a nourishing lunch (and many snacks!), fresh air (weather permitting) and sound healing, supporting you to feel more balanced in your body, your habits and your inner dialogue.
It'll also be a super relaxing day, so if anything, it'll be a great way to find some well-deserved time for yourself!
The day at a glance:
10:30 - Fresh juice on arrival, welcomes and setting the scene
10:45 - 11:45 - Energising yoga session (suitable for all levels)
11:45 - 12 - Short break to grab a herbal tea and snack
12 - 1 - Women’s health nutrition talk focusing on gut health, hormones & mood
1 - 1:45 - Nourishing lunch provided by Desa Leamington
1:45 - 2 - Short walk to help with digestion
2 - 2:45 - Calming sound healing session
2:45 - 3 - Reflections & goodbyes (with your goody bag and a parting sweet treat)
We’ll begin the day with an energising yoga flow to awaken the body, build strength and stretch out. This will be followed by an accessible, science-informed session on gut health and its connection to mood, hormones and emotional wellbeing, helping you understand how your internal health impacts how you feel day to day.
A core part of this talk will focus on self-motivation and habit change including:
why it can feel so difficult to stay consistent with habits
why many women struggle to celebrate themselves when they achieve goals
how to move away from self-pressure and into habits built on self-support
You’ll then enjoy a delicious, nourishing lunch from Desa Leamington Spa designed to support gut and hormonal health, alongside wholesome snacks and herbal teas throughout the day. You’ll also receive a Rebalance goody bag of some of my favourite products and handout to support you long after the retreat ends.
We’ll close the day with a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing your nervous system to settle and everything you’ve learned to integrate, leaving you calm, centred and rebalanced.
