I regularly run group workshops and events to offer a way to access yoga and nutrition, for those who either can’t afford 1:1 sessions or, for those who want to work on their health and wellbeing in a more community focussed way.

Rebalance

A 6-week online yoga and nutrition course designed for women seeking support with anxiety, stress, burn out and hormonal issues including thyroid disorders, menopause and PMS.

Every Monday evening from 7-9pm we’ll work through a different topic together, alongside a yoga class designed to support that week’s theme. Themes include: understanding the stress response, finding self-compassion, the importance of connection, gut health and hormones, and nutrition for mental health.

You’ll be set short tasks after each session and will become part of a supportive network to help you along the course.

The 6 weeks have been designed to help you repattern thoughts and behaviours, through carefully selected practices and educational content.

Starts 22nd September, until 27th October 2025.
