Festive Flow & Sound Bath
Sunday 28th December, 4-6pm, Leek Wootton Village Hall
Join me in that weird in between space - where the days merge - for a festive flow & sound session, to stretch out, relax and reconnect mind and body. The class will start with some breath work and a gentle yoga flow (suitable for beginners). We’ll then get you comfy for a sound bath, designed to help you rest and rebalance in amongst a busy period.

A 6-week online yoga and nutrition course designed for women seeking support with anxiety, stress, burn out and hormonal issues including thyroid disorders, menopause and PMS.

Supporting yourself holistically is crucial when it comes to your mood and hormones. I’ve designed this course using personal and clinical experience to educate you on how nutrition and simple lifestyle changes can have a huge impact on your overall wellbeing.
Every Monday evening from 7-9pm we’ll work through a different topic together, alongside a yoga class designed to support that week’s theme. Themes include: understanding the stress response, finding self-compassion, the importance of connection, gut health and hormones, and nutrition for mental health.
You’ll be set short tasks after each session and will become part of a supportive network to help you along the course.
The 6 weeks have been designed to help you repattern thoughts and behaviours, through carefully selected practices and educational content.

Metabolic Foundations: A Weight Management Course

Rest & Reset: A Yoga & Nutrition Workshop for Perimenopause & Menopause
Saturday 17th January, 4-6pm, The Basement Snug, Kenilworth.
Join me for a nurturing 2-hour workshop designed specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and connect with your body in a gentle, restorative way.
What to expect:
-A grounding restorative yoga session to ease anxiety and to support deeper, restful sleep.
-A practical and empowering nutrition talk, exploring how food can support hormonal balance, including nutrients to focus on for mood, cognition, skin, sleep, heart and bone health.
-Easy recipes and food swaps to help reduce symptoms
Whether you’re newly navigating changes or deep in the process, this workshop offers a chance to pause, reset, and leave feeling more informed, supported, and at ease in your body.
No yoga experience is required for this workshop.
