Luxury Wedding Morning Experiences

Yoga (1 hour)

Begin your wedding day with a beautifully curated yoga and relaxation experience, designed exclusively for you and your bridal party.

I will gently guide you through flowing, accessible movement and calming breathwork to help you feel grounded, and fully present as the day unfolds. Expect gentle movement, postures to lengthen and stretch out, breathwork and relaxation, creating a truly special moment to share together.

Your experience can be held indoors or outdoors (weather permitting), with all equipment provided. Enjoy a carefully curated soundtrack, essential oil pulse rollers for each guest, and a special gift for the bride.

Sound Bath (1 hour)

Step into a space of deep calm with an immersive sound bath, designed to soothe, restore, and centre you ahead of your day.

Using the soft, resonant tones of crystal singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, I’ll create a serene and nurturing atmosphere where you can fully unwind. This is your moment to pause, to release any tension and reconnect with a sense of ease and quiet anticipation.

Simply lie back and be held in sound.

All equipment is provided, and each session is tailored to your setting - outdoors is available weather permitting. Essential oil pulse rollers for each guest, and a special gift for the bride.

The Bridal Glow Experience: Hen Party Yoga & Sound Bath (2 hours)

Celebrate your hen party with a feel good experience designed to help you slow down, connect, and soak it all in together.

We’ll begin with gentle, flowing yoga and easy, accessible movement, suitable for all levels, with plenty of space for laughter and lightness (pairs yoga postures are available as an option if you’d like). Then, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxing sound bath, where the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls help you fully unwind and switch off.

It’s the perfect balance of uplifting and calming, leaving everyone feeling refreshed and grounded.
