Staff wellbeing is critical to overall business function. I’ve worked in multiple office environments, so I bring a unique combination of practical insight into corporate settings alongside my personal and clinical experience as a yoga teacher and nutritionist. My sessions are designed to help your team improve their health and manage stress more effectively through a combination of yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound and nutrition.
What I can offer (either as standalone sessions or combined):

Why me?
- Courses/certifications include: yoga, aerial yoga, sound healing, nutritional therapy MSc, first aid (& fully insured). Registered mBANT.
- I use simple, encouraging language to support everyone - modifications and adjustments can be made to cater for all levels.
- I’m serious but light hearted in my approach - I understand these therapies can feel intimidating, so I’ll adapt as I go to meet the people in the room.
- I’ve worked in many office environments and know how important staff wellbeing is for business function.
- Yoga and nutrition have been my personal salvation when struggling with anxiety - I have many years personal experience in using these practices.
How these therapies help those in a corporate setting:
- Staff learn simple, practical strategies to help navigate feelings of anxiety and overwhelm - especially important during busy, stressful times
- Taking a moment out to do something relaxing is incredibly important for the nervous system - a break from normal tasks can invite a sense of calm and balance (even if just for a moment!)
- Breathwork, yoga and meditation have been proven to help reduce stress, anxiety and support blood pressure. These practices can also help to increase confidence, resilience and decision making
- Practising yoga can help to improve posture, aches and pains and recorrect stiffness from being sat at a desk!
And nutrition?
- It’s just as important - if you’d like to create something bespoke for your staff whether it’s a workshop on energy and gut health, simple breakfast and lunch recipes or a workbook to encourage healthier habits, I’ll work with you to meet you and your staff where you are.
What that looks like more specifically:
- Online yoga and/or nutrition workshops on a topic of your choosing e.g. gut health, menopause, supporting energy levels, reducing stress
- In person yoga and/or nutrition workshops at your office (or I can help to find somewhere to facilitate)
- Mini 1:1 sessions online or in person to help guide your staff towards making healthier habits
- Bespoke workbook/leaflet created for your staff as part of a wellbeing scheme, to encourage healthier habits
- Pre-recorded meditations, breathwork and yoga classes to share with your staff
