Rebalance - 6 Week Yoga & Nutrition Course
A 6 week course combining nutrition, yoga and nervous system support for women experiencing hormonal issues, stress, overwhelm & burnout.

There are 8 places per intake.
£300 per person (3 month instalment payment plans available).
Whichever intake you’re in, the course content will be the same. The first hour will be learning, the second hour will be a yoga class designed to support that week’s theme (sometimes it’ll be more energising, sometimes more chilled - think restorative, Nidra)
Course structure:
Week 1 - Setting the scene & understanding the stress response: We explore the critical role of the stress response and what happens in the body when chronically stressed. We’ll explore how and why as women we can feel stress more intensely, how it might be contributing to how you’re feeling (including specific symptoms) and begin to reflect on how to navigate that.
Week 2 - Finding self compassion: This week is all about reflecting on how you talk to yourself, which is huge when it comes to overall health. We have a tendency to put an awful lot of pressure on ourselves, so we’ll explore that, and ways to try to lessen the load and importantly to be a little kinder to yourself.
Week 3 - Creating the right environment: This week you’ll think about how the places, people and things you surround yourself are critical in helping you to live a happier, healthier life. It’s not about making big changes, but more of a reflection of small adjustments you can make to support you better.
Week 4 - Gut health & hormone balance: The gut is incredibly important in supporting our hormone balance. This week we’ll understand how it all works, including practical strategies to reduce bloating, pain and discomfort, particularly at certain points in your cycle.
Week 5 - Exploring the nervous system - the brain, anxiety & sleep. We’ll explore why some of us are more prone to anxiety, poor sleep and low mood.We’ll also explore key nutrients and foods to help support mental health.
Week 6 - How to structure your plate, meal prepping and close of course. It’s a pulling together of everything we’ve learnt across the 6 weeks - we’ll have talked about nutrition throughout, but this will cement the learning.
Each week you’ll be set a short homework task (around 30 minutes) to help integrate the learning from that week. You’ll also have a course handbook to help you along!
Rebalance is for you if:
You make everyone else a priority, feel like you’re running on empty, but don’t know where to start with slowing down or taking better care of yourself
You’ve been signed off work with stress, are perimenopausal, post partum or generally feeling a bit low
You find your monthly cycle challenging and unpredictable - irregular periods, teary, anxious, low mood, bloating, painful breasts, acne.
You might have a diagnosed health condition (PMDD, PCOS, PMOS, IBS, Thyroid, Autoimmunity), are frequently told you're iron deficient, or, feel like you're back and forth to the doctor with no real outcome.
You feel like you're doing all the right things with your diet, exercise, sleep and lifestyle, but still feel fatigued, tired on waking, low mood, dry hair/skin and bloated.
You're interested in learning more about how nutrition supports mood, hormones, sleep and want to commit to a weekly yoga practice.
You’re motivated to make positive long-lasting change to support your physical and mental health and wellbeing
On this course you will:
Become confident in knowing how to eat to support your hormones, energy levels and mental health.
Learn about the impact of stress on the body and explore practical ways to become less reactive in your day to day life
Understand the impact of gut health on mental & hormonal health
Practice a relaxing yoga class every week, supporting your sleep and anxiety levels.
Meet likeminded women in a welcoming environment (max 8 people per cohort)
You’ll receive a course handbook, recipes and practical strategies to help you navigate life in a slightly calmer, more balanced way.
£300 per person.
A 3 instalment payment plan is available (£100 per month).
