One to one sessions
Designed for those looking for a deeper, personalised, holistic approach to wellbeing. My one to one sessions are available in person or via Zoom. Work with me on yoga alone, or combine with Nutritional Therapy.
My area of specialism is women experiencing stress, burn out, anxiety and hormonal issues (including, but not limited to thyroid, PMS and menopause), and chronic fatigue.
My approach is warm, supportive and educational; if you choose to work with me, it’s a collaborative approach, ensuring you feel comfortable in implementing recommendations, understanding why and how they will support you. Whilst I’ll help to guide your food choices, you won’t be expected to follow a strict diet plan; we’ll work together to establish habits that are sustainable and, that you may find surprisingly enjoyable!
Online sessions available at various times throughout the week and in person sessions are available all day Wednesday at Watersedge, Bishampton.

1:1 Nutrition Packages
All yoga and nutrition 1:1 sessions require a 15 minute Zoom introduction call. This is free and allows for us to get to know each other, and, for me to understand what you’re looking for support with, so I can best tailor the session(s). It’ll be a short chat about what you’d like help with, what your main concerns are and health goals. I’ll then recommend the best course of action for working together.

Nourish: Women’s Health Nutrition Package, 3-6 months, £300
This option offers in-depth support for ongoing or complex health issues like thyroid conditions, PMS/PMDD, PCOS, IBS, or chronic fatigue. You might be dealing with anxiety, poor sleep, dull skin, chronic acne, irregular cycles, bloating, or food sensitivities. If you feel like you’ve tried everything, been back and forth to your GP with little progress, this package is for you. We'll take a deep dive into your health history and current symptoms, build a timeline to uncover what’s really going on, and create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, which we’ll adapt as we go. This package is a longer term commitment to yourself, to improve your health in a steady and balanced way, to uncover physiological imbalances and to imprint lifelong healthy habits.
We will worth together over a 3-6 month period - we will decide the frequency of consultations at the first session.

Nutrition Power Session - 1 hour, £105
An option for those looking to get personalised nutrition advice, but who don’t require a long term plan. Whether you’re looking for support with your diet or want to understand if you need supplements, and which to take, this session provides an opportunity to use Hannah’s expertise and insight to reflect on your current diet and lifestyle habits. Suitable if you’re looking to get back on track with your diet or if you’d like some tips from a qualified Nutritionist, specific to your individual needs; you might be post partum, menopausal or recovering after illness/injury. Hannah will ask a short series of questions in advance of the session to prepare, then it’s up to you where it goes. You’ll receive an email summarising the session, including any food and supplement recommendations and further useful resources.
1:1 yoga
I offer in person and online 1:1 yoga sessions for those new to yoga, working with injuries, poor sleep and anxiety issues, or if you’re looking to deepen your practice. From more fiery flows to soothing, slow restorative yoga, we can work together to find a practice to suit your needs.
Online sessions are available on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday and are available to book via the link below. I am based at Watersedge in Bishampton every Wednesday, so you can book for in person sessions there, or, use the contact form below to enquire about other locations I can host you at in Warwickshire.
Prices start from £55 per hour.
