One to one sessions
Designed for those looking for a deeper, personalised, holistic approach to wellbeing. My one to one sessions are available in person or via Zoom. Work with me on yoga alone, or combine with Nutritional Therapy.
My area of specialism is women experiencing stress, burn out, anxiety and hormonal issues (thyroid, PMS and menopause).
Online sessions available Tuesday AM, Wednesday all day and Friday AM.
In person sessions are available all day Wednesday at Watersedge, Bishampton.

1:1 Nutrition Packages
These personalised sessions offer nutritional therapy to support your unique needs. Whether you’re experiencing stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances or looking for guidance on a specific health condition, we’ll work together to create a tailored plan to support and empower you to take control of your health. There is also the option to add 1:1 yoga sessions as part of these packages.
I am based at Watersedge in Bishampton on a Wednesday, where in person appointments can be booked, otherwise online sessions will take place on a Tuesday morning, Wednesday all day and Friday morning.
1:1 Nutrition Options:
Women’s Health Consultation - 90 minutes, £150
This option offers comprehensive support for those looking for support with specific health conditions (thyroid disorders, PMS, PMDD, PCOS, IBS), or, experiencing a range of symptoms including anxiety, poor sleep, irregular menstrual cycles, bloating, food sensitives. We’ll chat through your health history, current symptoms and work on a plan together to help you improve your hormonal health. I can support you through testing if needed.
Women’s Health Follow On Consultation - 45 minutes, £75
Recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial women’s health consultation, this offers the opportunity to check back in on your plan, working together to understand what we might need to adapt. Package options are available if multiple sessions are required.
Menopause Consultation - 1 hour, £105
For those approaching, going through menopause, or are a bit unsure! This hour’s session has been designed to help answer any questions you have about this new stage of life; we’ll chat through diet, exercise and lifestyle tips to naturally support your hormones, and, can discuss which supplements might be right to help you through. You’ll be given a handout of some simple diet and lifestyle tips to take away.

Menopause Follow On Consultation - 45 minutes, £65
Recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial menopause consultation, this offers the opportunity to check back in - perhaps you have more questions, maybe you’ve noticed improvements and want to understand how else you can support yourself.
Nutrition Power Session - 30 minutes, £45
A more affordable way to get personalised nutrition advice - whether you’re looking for support with your diet or want to understand if you need supplements, and which to take, this short session offers a non-judgemental space to ask the questions you’re sometimes nervous to. You’ll receive an email summarising the session, including any resources I think will be helpful.
1:1 yoga
I offer in person and online 1:1 yoga sessions for those new to yoga, working with injuries, poor sleep and anxiety issues, or if you’re looking to deepen your practice. From more fiery flows to soothing, slow restorative yoga, we can work together to find a practice to suit your needs.
Online sessions are available on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday and are available to book via the link below. I am based at Watersedge in Bishampton every Wednesday, so you can book for in person sessions there, or, use the contact form below to enquire about other locations I can host you at in Warwickshire.
Prices start from £55 per hour.
