One to one sessions

Designed for those looking for a deeper, personalised, holistic approach to wellbeing. My one to one sessions are available in person or via Zoom. Work with me on yoga alone, or combine with Nutritional Therapy.

My area of specialism is women experiencing stress, burn out, anxiety and hormonal issues (including, but not limited to thyroid, PMS and menopause), and chronic fatigue.

My approach is warm, supportive and educational; if you choose to work with me, it’s a collaborative approach, ensuring you feel comfortable in implementing recommendations, understanding why and how they will support you. Whilst I’ll help to guide your food choices, you won’t be expected to follow a strict diet plan; we’ll work together to establish habits that are sustainable and, that you may find surprisingly enjoyable!

In person sessions are available all day Wednesday at Watersedge, Bishampton.

1:1 Nutrition Packages

These personalised sessions offer nutritional therapy to support your unique needs. Whether you’re experiencing stress, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances or looking for guidance on a specific health condition, we’ll work together to create a tailored plan to support and empower you to take control of your health. There is also the option to add 1:1 yoga sessions as part of these packages.

I am based at Watersedge in Bishampton on a Wednesday, where in person appointments can be booked, otherwise online sessions will take at various times throughout the week - you will find my schedule below, when going to book an appointment. 1:1 Nutrition Options:

Women’s Health Consultation - 90 minutes, £150

This option offers in-depth support for ongoing or complex health issues like thyroid conditions, PMS/PMDD, PCOS, IBS, or chronic fatigue. You might be dealing with anxiety, poor sleep, dull skin, chronic acne, irregular cycles, bloating, or food sensitivities. If you feel like you’ve tried everything, been back and forth to your GP with little progress, this package is for you. We'll take a deep dive into your health history and current symptoms, build a timeline to uncover what’s really going on, and create a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, which we’ll adapt as we go. Blood, saliva or stool testing can be arranged if needed.

Women’s Health Follow On Consultation - 45 minutes, £75

Recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial women’s health consultation, this offers the opportunity to check back in on your plan, working together to understand what we might need to adapt. Package options are available if multiple sessions are required.

Menopause Consultation - 1 hour, £105

For those approaching, going through menopause, or are a bit unsure! This hour’s session has been designed to help answer any questions you have about this new stage of life; we’ll chat through diet (the dos and don’ts, misleading information online), supplements, types of exercise for menopause and lifestyle tips to naturally support your hormones, sleep, stress, skin, heart and bone health. You’ll be given a handout of some simple diet and lifestyle tips to take away. Think of this as helping to debunk myths and get you on track.

Menopause Follow On Consultation - 45 minutes, £65

Recommended 4-6 weeks after the initial menopause consultation, this offers the opportunity to check back in - perhaps you have more questions, maybe you’ve noticed improvements and want to understand how else you can support yourself.

Nutrition Power Session - 30 minutes, £45

A more affordable way to get personalised nutrition advice - whether you’re looking for support with your diet or want to understand if you need supplements, and which to take, this short session offers a non-judgemental space to ask the questions you’re sometimes nervous to. Suitable for those looking to get back on track with their diet; you might be post partum, or recovering after illness/injury; or perhaps you’re not experiencing symptoms, but want to chat through some questions with a qualified Nutritionist. Hannah will ask a short series of questions to start the session, then it’s up to you where it goes. You’ll receive an email summarising the session, including any resources I think will be helpful.

1:1 yoga

I offer in person and online 1:1 yoga sessions for those new to yoga, working with injuries, poor sleep and anxiety issues, or if you’re looking to deepen your practice. From more fiery flows to soothing, slow restorative yoga, we can work together to find a practice to suit your needs.

Online sessions are available on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday and are available to book via the link below. I am based at Watersedge in Bishampton every Wednesday, so you can book for in person sessions there, or, use the contact form below to enquire about other locations I can host you at in Warwickshire.

Prices start from £55 per hour.
