Aerial Yoga & Soundbaths
Held at the beautiful Watersedge in the Suzi Howard studio, Aerial Yoga Classes are suitable for all levels and are designed to help build strength, confidence and to have fun. We practice using aerial silks, which act as an incredible prop to help you find space in postures - whether you’re a total beginner or have practised before, come join me to try something a bit different!
You can add an optional sauna and lake dip after if you’d like!
Aerial Sound Baths are held in the same studio at Watersedge and give you the opportunity to totally switch off. Once you’ve settled into your silk hammock, letting your bodyweight totally soften, you simply listen to the sounds of crystal bowls, along with other soothing instruments, surrounding by the sound of nature. It really is the most amazing way to relax and I cannot recommend enough!
Booking for both sessions is directly via the Watersedge website here.
Restorative Yoga
A much more passive style of yoga designed to help you slow down. Often described like a big hug, restorative yoga incorporates breathwork alongside gentle postures held for an extended period of time and yoga nidra, to signal to your nervous system that it’s ok to relax. It’s the perfect session if you’re in need of rest, struggling with your sleep and feeling anxious and a bit on edge.
I offer in person sessions in Warwick.
Booking is via the link on this page or the bookings tab.
Vinyasa Yoga
A stronger, more playful style of yoga that works through a series of postures in a more flowy way. We connect breath with postures to generate heat and energy in the body, to leave you feeling more connected and grounded with yourself. These classes are suitable for all levels, and options are always given to support you whether you want something a bit gentler, more energetic, or are building towards a tricky arm balance, inversion or transition.
I offer online and in person sessions in Warwick.
