Welcome to Slow Rise: A 10 day mini yoga challenge designed to help you reconnect with your body in a calm, supportive way.
Each day you’ll receive access to a brand new class of 10 minutes of yoga, to help you gently build strength and mobility. Whether you’re new to yoga, returning to your practice or are looking for something to motivate a daily practice, you’re very welcome here.
Access will be until 31st January, so you can sign up after the 1st and still take part!
