Welcome to Day 1!
Today is about arriving: in your body, in your breath, your mind, exactly as you are. We move slowly, gently waking up the spine and softening any places that feel tight or tired.
You don’t need to feel motivated or energised. Just show up, and let the practice meet you where you are. Remember to breathe deeply and the rest will be taken care of.
